Prof.Dr. MO Tingting

Professor MO TingTing is a Professor of Marketing at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, China. She specializes in research on consumer behavior and luxury consumption. Her research interests include various consumer phenomena, such as the influence of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), sustainable consumption, the role of spiritual beliefs, and the consumer behavior of Generation Z in China. Professor Mo has published numerous articles in prestigious international journals and is currently expanding her research into areas such as sustainable consumption, feminism in consumer culture, and digital content management.

Prof.Dr. Ashraf

Professor Dr. Ashraf has over 10 years of research experience in corporate branding and customer behavior. He graduated with distinction in France. He has held academic positions at numerous universities worldwide, including Aix-Marseille University and Kedge Business School (France), and is currently affiliated with the University of Manchester, UK. Professor Dr. Ashraf has also advised many multinational corporations on strategic development and organizational branding, including clients such as IBM France, public services related to the French Metro, and entities in Lahore, Pakistan.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Ha Minh Quan

As the Rector of the Talent School, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Ha Minh Quan is a pioneer in driving the internationalization of higher education in Vietnam. He has played a pivotal role in developing globally standardized training programs, nurturing academic excellence, and strengthening international academic collaborations. With his strategic mindset and vision for global integration, he has positioned ISB as a leading institution in educational innovation and applied research, contributing to enhancing UEH’s reputation across the region and beyond.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai is an Associate Professor of Tourism and Events at the University of Greenwich, London, United Kingdom. Her expertise covers customer behavior, destination management, heritage tourism, and events. With a portfolio of over 30 international research articles and projects, She has made significant contributions to studies on tourist behavior, local community attitudes towards tourism, cultural heritage preservation, and event organization. She has also spearheaded prominent research projects, including the SHARE project on cultural heritage in Europe and tourism studies in Vietnam and Italy.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy

With over 20 years of experience in brand strategy consulting and marketing for both localities and enterprises, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy is a leading expert in the field of strategic communication and place branding in Vietnam. She holds two Master’s degrees in Service Management and Marketing, and earned her Ph.D. in Marketing in France. Dr. Thuy previously lectured at Aix-Marseille University and Kedge Business School, and currently serves as the Ambassador of the French Marketing Association in Vietnam. With more than 15 years of experience in management across various organizations including the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, Vietnam National University–HCMC, and Hoa Sen University, she has led and advised numerous projects on economic development and brand building for major localities and enterprises.

Dr. Hoang Thi Minh Nguyet

She has over 10 years of experience in the technology and business development sectors across France, Sweden, and Singapore. She previously worked at France Telecom and Microsoft, where she specialized in software product research, management, and development.

Currently, she is a Project Development Manager at Katalon Vietnam. Headquartered in the United States, Katalon is a leading global software company in the field of automated testing and test management software.

She is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded two startups in the health sector and mobile game applications.

DR. NGUYEN THI KIEU CHI

She is a marketing expert with over 10 years of in-depth research on online consumer behavior and digital branding. She earned her Ph.D. in Korea and has published numerous papers in reputable international journals as well as presented at leading academic conferences. Her research focuses on consumer–brand interactions in digital environments, factors influencing online purchasing decisions, and strategies for digital brand communication. She also serves as a peer reviewer for several international journals.

MS. DANG NGUYEN QUYNH ANH

Dubbed the “Female General of Vietnam’s Tech Industry,” she has over 20 years of extensive experience in strategy, management, and public relations. Her leadership career includes roles at global technology and media corporations, notably as the Country Manager of Viber Vietnam, COO/CEO of Yeah1 Group, and Chairwoman of Yeah1 Edigital, where she had international management responsibilities. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI), researching its application in business innovation. She bridges the gap between academia and real-world practice to drive breakthrough transformations in the industry.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. PHAM TAN NHAT

He serves as Head of the Department of Business Administration at the International University – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM). A leading researcher in human resource management, organizational behavior, and sustainable development, his primary focus is on Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM). He is an editorial board member for, and an independent reviewer for, prestigious international journals. He has authored 22 international articles in Scopus and ISI-indexed journals, with several key publications appearing in Tourism Management. Furthermore, he has been a recipient of the Science and Technology Award from the Ministry of Education & Training for many years.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phung Thanh Binh

He currently serves as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics and Law (UEL), Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM). He has over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and consulting within the fields of business administration, marketing, and innovative entrepreneurship. He has led and been a member of numerous scientific research projects at both ministerial and institutional levels. His notable work includes research on tourism service experiences; tourism brand development for the Ho Chi Minh City region and the Mekong Delta; and proposing mechanisms to support innovative startups, which have demonstrated many excellent practical applications.

DR. Đoan Minh Chau

Holding a PhD from Japan, she is an expert in Communication Management & Customer Experience. She brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and customer experience management, gained from working with multinational corporations and educational institutions such as PepsiCo Vietnam, Ology, and Hoa Sen University. Her consulting expertise covers marketing strategy, brand building, sales system development, and customer experience optimization. Currently, she acts as a strategic advisor to numerous businesses, helping them enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.

DR. Nguyen Ngoc Duy Khoa (Augustine)

He is an expert in Strategic Management, Business Start-up, and Development, with over 17 years of leadership and teaching experience. He has held key positions in strategic planning, Marketing, product development, and business development within major real estate and investment corporations. His research delves into strategic behavior, linguistic analysis in competitive contexts, and start-up decision-making. He has authored numerous publications in prestigious journals and presented his work at international conferences. Notably, he received the ‘Most Inspiring Research’ award from the European Academy of Management (EURAM).

DR. Nguyen Ngo Phong

He is currently a lecturer at the Vietnamese-German University (VGU), where he specializes in teaching and research in Robotics and Autonomous Systems. He possesses over 10 years of experience and profound expertise in mathematical control, particularly as applied to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and autonomous robots. He has authored numerous publications in prestigious international journals, including Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing and Nonlinear Dynamics, among others. His research focuses on the design of advanced, robust, and adaptive control algorithms for uncertain environments, thereby enhancing system performance and yielding significant contributions with practical, real-world applications.

MSc. Phan Trong Nhan

He is an expert consultant specializing in product development, brand strategy, customer service, and distribution channel management. With over 15 years of experience in research and training, he formerly served as Vice Dean of the Institute of International Education and Director of International Programs, overseeing joint initiatives with VATEL (France) and De Montfort University (UK). He has authored over 30 domestic and international research publications and has been a key member of numerous ministerial and local-level projects focused on branding and smart tourism. Furthermore, he acts as a consulting partner for major organizations such as VCCI (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Samsung, Lotte, and KVAC.

MSc. Ngo Kim Thanh thuy

She is an expert in Public Management and Public Administration, with over 14 years of experience working in Party agencies, government authorities, and educational institutions such as the Party Committee of District 8, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, and Hoa Sen University. This extensive background has provided her with profound expertise in these fields. She has been involved in numerous research and consulting activities focusing on administrative reform, organizational structuring, and university governance. Her notable projects include contributions to the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Development Strategy, conducting statistical surveys on tourism indicators, and participation in the tourism development linkage project between Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam’s Northwestern provinces.

Ms. Vi is an expert consultant specializing in Local Branding, Service Development, and Sustainable Tourism. She has over 8 years of practical consulting and research experience, during which she has published 22 domestic and international research works. Additionally, she brings over 10 years of teaching experience from prestigious institutions such as the University of Economics and Law (UEL), Saigon University, and the College of Foreign Economic Relations. Holding a Master’s degree, Ms. Vi is also a key member of numerous Vietnam National University-level and local-level research projects. Her notable contributions include involvement in tourism development for Ho Chi Minh City and Thu Duc City, tourism brand building for Long An Province, and a medical tourism project.

MSc. Nguyen Hong Uyen

She is an expert with over 10 years of research and consulting experience in the fields of Marketing Communications and Sustainable Tourism Strategy. Currently, she serves as Head of Discipline for domestic and international training programs, including those at the University of Economics and Law (UEL), and programs in Vietnam affiliated with Birmingham City University (BCU) and the University of Gloucestershire (UOG). She has authored over 10 research publications and has been involved in numerous ministerial and provincial-level research projects and initiatives. Her notable contributions include work on the Long An tourism brand development strategy, the Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta regional tourism linkage, agritourism projects, and the ‘New Rural Development’ program. Additionally, she collaborates with businesses to deliver communications training.

MR. LUONG VO THANH LUAN

With over 15 years of experience in the creative field, he is an expert in brand design and the production of advertising films. He has held key roles such as Creative Director, Art Director, and Visual Strategy Advisor for numerous major brands and events. He is a Silver award recipient at the Vietnam Young Lions competition and the winner of the ‘Tác Giả Lừng Danh’ (Famous Creator/Author) competition. Furthermore, he has represented Vietnam in prominent cultural exchange programs like JENESYS and SSEAYP. He possesses a refined aesthetic sensibility and a gift for emotive visual storytelling, enabling him to create distinctive work that deeply resonates with audiences and clients.

MS. Nguyen ngoc ha

She has over 20 years of experience in finance, educational management, and business operations. She has held management positions at major organizations such as Nguyen Hoang Education Group, Viettel Post, and Hoa Sen University. Before becoming the Director of the Institute, she served as Head of the Finance and Accounting Department at Hoa Sen University, where she was responsible for budgeting strategy, financial management, and investment project implementation. She has extensive experience working with international auditing firms and providing financial strategy consulting for senior executives. She is committed to fostering stronger connections between researchers, experts, and business practice.
