The ASIA CONNECT 2025 International Forum is expected to take place in Tay Ninh Province from November 17 to 21, 2025, under the theme “Strategic Investment in Science and Technology – Driving Innovation for a Rising Vietnam.”
The event is hosted by the UEH-ISB Talent School, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province, the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh, Asia R&D, and several media partners.
The forum aims to effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, issued by the Politburo, on the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. At the same time, the program seeks to connect and disseminate innovative initiatives, models, and solutions, contributing to addressing development challenges in Tay Ninh Province and promoting strategic investment in research and development (R&D) – a key pillar in the province’s sustainable growth strategy.
In addition, the Forum serves as a multi-sectoral platform connecting government authorities, scholars, businesses, and organizations both domestically and internationally, all working toward a shared vision of “A Rising Vietnam” through concrete, locally driven actions.
The program is expected to gather around 100 delegates, including:
- Leaders of central government agencies;
- Leaders of the Party Committee and the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province;
- Leaders of the People’s Committees of Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho City, and the provinces of Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, and Ca Mau;
- Leaders of the Department of Science and Technology, and relevant departments, sectors, and units from Tay Ninh Province, the Mekong Delta provinces, and Ho Chi Minh City;
- Domestic and international experts and scholars;
- Leaders of research institutes, universities, and professional associations in Vietnam and abroad;
- Representatives of news and media agencies.
